A 1950s J-45, a reproduction of the 1950s J-45, has arrived! It features a spruce top, mahogany sides & back, rosewood fingerboard & bridge, a slightly thicker grip compared to the 1960s models, a tortoiseshell large pickguard, and a standard saddle. The beautiful sunburst finish is also a highlight! The Kluson 3-in-line tuners and bridge are original. There are some areas where a different pickguard was previously attached, so if you look closely, you can see lines around the edges. It has now been restored to its original state. There is no strap pin modification on the neck heel. A pickup was previously installed. The end hole is for conversion. The nut width is approximately 44mm, the neck angle is ideal, and the truss rod functions correctly. The frets show some wear, mainly in the lower positions, but are still perfectly usable. The string height is adjusted to be easy to play even in the higher positions, with approximately 2.2mm on the 6th string side and 1.6mm on the 1st string side at the 12th fret. We can also make minor adjustments to suit your preferences. While it replicates the late 1950s, it features scalloped X-bracing, resulting in a rich, voluminous, and powerful sound!
