This is a solid industrial GPIO cable built for machine vision systems, RFID readers, and automation equipment. The HangTon cable features an M12 A-coded 12-pin male connector with a 90-degree angled design on one end and 12 bare wire leads on the other. It's a 5-meter run that carries 24V DC power, general purpose input/output signals, acquisition triggers, and RS-232 data all in one shielded package.
The connector itself is well-made with gold-plated contacts and a nickel-plated brass shell. The shell has threaded locking to prevent accidental disconnection, and the design resists vibration during operation. The cable construction uses 23AWG copper conductors with a 7mm outer diameter, wrapped in a braided shield layer for strong EMC protection against electromagnetic interference. The black PVC sheath is resistant to oil, flames, torsion, and heat, so it handles industrial environments without degrading. Each cable comes labeled so you can easily match the wire colors to the corresponding pins.
This cable works with Zebra FXR90 RFID readers, KATHREIN RRU and ARU series equipment, iRAYPLE machine vision code readers, Cognex sensors, and similar industrial systems that use M12 12-pin A-coded connectors.
