RETURNS & EXCHANGES
Returns are free and are allowed within 30 days of receiving the item purchased. If the item is brand new, there may be a small restocking fee due to the item becoming open box, depending on the item. The item is to be returned in the condition that it was sent out as and include any additional accessories, booklets, or media that came with it. If the item is not returned properly, a partial refund may occur.
Exchanges are possible if we have extra stock of the same item, we can offer an exchange depending on the situation.

SHIPPING
