IDE G10 build plate sheets for Bambu Lab H2D
Our G10 plates are precisely CNC milled and self-adhesively mounted on the existing spring steel plate, just like original Bambulab sheets.
Due to G10 plate thickness, the spring steel plate becomes significantly stiffer and no longer bends as easily with technical plastics, which tend to warp more. Additionally, the printing plates are extremely robust and show minimal wear.
The panels can be used smooth (as delivered) or sanded/satinized if required. They work both with and without additional adhesion promoters. They're ideal for experienced users who primarily process technical plastics.
Temperature Reference Values (may vary by manufacturer):
PLA 60-65°C
PCTG, PETG, PETG-CF 75-85°C
ABS, ABS+, ASA, HIPS 95-105°C
PC, PC-ABS, PA, PAHT, PA-CF, PP 100-110°C
